When you write to us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, business name, and a note. We use these details to respond, discuss your project, and keep a record of our correspondence. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Our email provider, Resend, processes the inquiry and acknowledgment emails. Information you send also becomes part of our business email correspondence. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Hosting and protecting the site
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information needed to deliver pages and operate the service, such as IP addresses, browser information, and server logs. See Vercel’s privacy notice.
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions for automated abuse. It processes browser and device signals, including IP address and user-agent information, for bot detection and to improve that protection. This security check is separate from optional analytics. Read the Turnstile privacy addendum. We also check a hidden field and the time taken to complete the form, and log the reason when a submission is blocked.
Optional analytics and cookies
Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics stay off until you choose to accept analytics. You can reject them and still use the website and contact form.
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and interactions such as contact links, booking links, and successful inquiries. It uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send the contents of your contact form as analytics events. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
Vercel Web Analytics measures site use without analytics cookies, using a temporary identifier derived from request information. We nevertheless include it in the same optional choice. See Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation.
We store your accept or reject choice in your browser’s local storage. Use “Privacy preferences” in the footer to change it at any time. Rejecting turns off future analytics collection and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already sent. Your choice applies to this browser. Clearing browser storage resets it.
Access, retention, and your choices
Contact information is held in our correspondence systems and the services that process it. How long it is needed depends on the inquiry, any resulting client relationship, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. This website does not automatically delete correspondence on a fixed schedule.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have shared by emailing contact@strixstudio.com. We may need to verify your request and retain records where required by law or to resolve an outstanding matter. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including objecting to processing or contacting your local data protection authority.
Other services and policy changes
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their linked policies describe their practices. Client websites and other external links have their own policies.
We will update this page when our website practices change and revise the date above. A separate client agreement may cover information handled during a paid engagement.
